Requirements

Associate’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
1–3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment
Strong computer skills
Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face)
Demonstrated success in a leadership role
Strong dedication to exceptional customer service
Outgoing, positive personality
Self-motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish
Knowledge of Cat systems

Responsibilities

Supervising daily operations of the parts store and ensuring safe work practices
Managing staff including staffing, performance, coaching, and engagement
Overseeing inventory control and shuttle truck operations
Monitoring and managing store profitability
Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and expectations
