About the Role: As a Parts Specialist, you’ll be the front-line connection between our customers, technicians, and vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office + inventory systems)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and reliability—your coworkers and customers can count on you

Nice To Haves

• Experience in parts or related fields is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Help customers in person and over the phone with parts solutions, quotes, and technical info
• Source and order parts using vendor catalogs and online tools
• Manage inventory: stocking, organizing, and keeping the department running smoothly
• Process sales, receipts, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism
• Support technicians and coworkers by pulling and delivering the right parts at the right time
