About The Position

e3 Diagnostics is the leading provider of audiology equipment sales and service solutions in the United States. With over 30 offices strategically located nationwide and staffed with teams of highly experienced hearing and balance instrument experts, we bring a local expertise that is unmatched by any others in the field of audiological instrumentation. e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Arlington Heights, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed product data and pricing within the ERP system, as well as supporting customers with ordering and processing spare parts and accessories. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, and support clear, effective communication across the organization. Although this role sits within the Operations department, it provides essential support to both Operations and Customer Service. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent customer support skills, effective cross-functional communication abilities, and solid problem‑solving and organizational strengths. Location: Hybrid role based at the e3 Diagnostics office in Arlington Heights, IL Compensation: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of audiometers or medical devices, helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with Database Management Systems and Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with all e3 field teams.
  • Maintain product master data, including part number requests, item enrichment, pricing updates, and national account price book management.
  • Facilitate and submit requests to proper teams for mass product and customer data updates.
  • Manage execution of yearly assortment price updates.
  • Manage and facilitate spare parts & accessory sales through website orders and email orders.
  • Handle and monitor daily part orders to guarantee prompt delivery.
  • Act as liaison with stakeholders regarding orders, delivery schedules, and additional requests to ensure efficient processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer files within the database.
  • Assist with development and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement projects.
  • All other duties as assigned.
