About The Position

Southern Logging Equipment is looking for a versatile Parts Specialist to join our team. This dual-function role is perfect for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of expert customer service and hands-on warehouse management. The Position Customer Support: Answer parts sales calls and assist walk-in customers with technical inquiries. Order Management: Process customer orders and provide follow-up communications. Inventory Control: Stock shelves, verify incoming shipments, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Warehouse Operations: Pull orders for customers and technicians while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements

2+ years of parts experience is highly preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and remain active in both a front-office and warehouse environment.
