About The Position

Parts Specialists function as part of the Parts Team and are responsible for fielding parts calls, researching appropriate parts, inputting the parts orders, and ensuring quality customer service. In this role, you will: Conduct the sale of parts for various types of industrial and construction equipment while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support. Research and source parts via various methods, while keeping the customer updated on the status of their order Maintain accurate records of invoices, work orders, and parts inventory, along with other administrative duties Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of parts lookup experience, preferably within the construction equipment field or similar industry
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
