About The Position

The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused sales support for customers purchasing parts and complete vehicles from US Legend Cars. Serving as a primary point of contact, this role provides technical product guidance, processes orders, and supports fulfillment for Legend Cars and Bandolero parts and vehicles. In this role, you will help customers identify the right parts and vehicle options, ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and provide clear information on product specifications and availability. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a fast-paced sales environment while creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, sales support, or parts sales, required.
Strong communication and organizational skills, required.
Valid driver's license, required.
Proficiency with order and sales systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in motorsports, automotive parts sales, or racing operations, preferred.
Familiarity with Legend Cars or Bandolero platforms, preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing parts and complete vehicles from US Legend Cars, ensuring a professional, responsive, and knowledgeable sales experience.
Accurately process customer orders for parts and vehicles in a timely manner.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and knowledgeable product support.
Assist customers in identifying correct parts and solutions to meet their racing and vehicle needs.
Manage the accurate entry, tracking, and coordination of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain accurate order entry with minimal errors or corrections required.
Coordinate effectively with inventory, warehouse, and shipping teammates to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Communicate order status updates clearly with customers as needed.
Maintain strong working knowledge of Legend Cars and Bandolero vehicles, parts, and components to support customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of available parts, product updates, and inventory changes.
Reduce order errors by ensuring customers purchase correct components for their vehicles.
Support effective inventory management by assisting with parts organization, stock awareness, and communication of inventory needs.
Maintain awareness of key inventory levels and communicate shortages or supply needs to appropriate teammates.
Assist with maintaining organized and accessible parts areas to support efficient order fulfillment.
Identify and resolve inventory-related issues early to reduce order delays.
Build positive relationships with racers, teams, and customers to strengthen the US Legend Cars brand and support the racing community.
Deliver a consistent, professional, and helpful customer experience.
Support racers and teams with timely access to parts and vehicles needed for competition.
Represent US Legend Cars positively in customer interactions both in-person and at events.
