Position Overview As a Parts Specialist , you will utilize your knowledge of automotive parts and accessories to assist customers both in person and by phone. You will search for parts within inventory and external sources, coordinate delivery and installation, and maintain warehouse standards. This role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and comfortable communication both over the phone and through computer systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive parts experience preferred
Dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Receive and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
Locate parts and arrange installation, working with vendors, other dealerships, and online sources
Maintain accurate parts inventory and keep the storage area orderly
Stay informed about current vehicles, accessories, and promotions
Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reports
Ensure timely and safe delivery of parts following company procedures
Perform warehouse housekeeping and other related duties as assigned
