Position Summary: This position handles all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains organized inventory, fulfills online orders, and provides accurate, timely support for the parts and service departments. The role ensures exceptional efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across both in-house and online operations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment required.

  • Experience in automotive, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments; report discrepancies.
  • Process and organize inventory in the dealer management system according to Audi standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through proper binning and inventory updates.
  • Assist with cycle counts, annual inventory, and identifying obsolete/slow-moving stock.
  • Prepare and ship retail, wholesale, warranty, and internal parts orders.
  • Create accurate labels, documentation, and coordinate pickups with carriers.
  • Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians to support repair efficiency.
  • Process online parts orders and communicate with customers on availability, fitment, shipping, and returns.
  • Track online sales and support efforts to improve e-commerce performance.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and invoice documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
