We provide parts coordination and service support for agricultural equipment as a faith-based company committed to quality, customer satisfaction, and small business values.

Requirements

  • Experienced: Hands-on experience in parts, service, equipment, or mechanical support roles; background in automotive, small engine, or equipment mechanics is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email, basic computer systems, and software; QuickBooks knowledge is preferred.
  • Motivated: Brings energy, takes initiative, and stays engaged in daily work.
  • Customer-focused: Communicates clearly and handles customer issues professionally.
  • Team-oriented: Works well with others and follows through on responsibilities.
  • Adaptable: Able to juggle multiple tasks and respond to urgent situations when needed.
  • Physical: Able to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive, small engine, or equipment mechanics experience is a plus.
  • QuickBooks knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and questions about parts and service needs.
  • Identify replacement parts using photos, diagrams, and parts breakdowns.
  • Pack, organize, & ship parts, and provide tracking details to customers.
  • Invoice customers and record payments using online systems.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to reorder or replace parts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and help customers find solutions by phone or video.
  • Work closely with engineering and sales to resolve technical and customer-related issues.
  • Test-run new machines, perform quality checks, and document results.
  • Track recurring issues and share improvement ideas with the team.
  • Handle occasional local driving for emergency parts deliveries or returns within about an hour of the shop.

Benefits

  • $26-$28/hour, based on experience
  • Full-time role averaging 45-50 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday schedule, typically 6:30 a.m.-4:00 or 4:30 p.m., depending on season
