Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, parts management, or fixed operations leadership.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining a focus on customer care.
• Solid organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with inventory and service scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting both the parts and service departments to achieve strong performance and customer satisfaction.
• Managing inventory and scheduling to ensure parts availability and timely service completion.
• Using data analytics to forecast parts needs, track expenses, and maintain profitability.
• Developing and executing sales and promotional strategies for service and parts.
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and morale.
• Reviewing financial and operational reports and implementing improvement plans.
