As our Parts & Service Department coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they purchase parts or get their equipment serviced. Every day, you will help manage incoming and outgoing service department work, enter and manage work order data through various internal programs, help staff the reception desk and parts counter, dispatch technicians, assist with safety inspections and related paperwork, prepare warranty paperwork and monitor reimbursements, provide excellent service to customers in person and on the phone, ship and receive parts and more! Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Prior history with parts counter sales or service is required

Nice To Haves

  • mechanical aptitude is helpful!
  • Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of the material handling equipment market are preferred.
