About The Position

Southport Truck Group is growing and to meet our customers needs we are looking for Bi-Lingual experienced Parts Sales Team Members. We are in Southwest Florida but this role has the ability to be a remote position for the right individual. This is a commission based sales position and has great opportunity for growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5+ Years Heavy Truck Parts Sales Experience.
• Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees.
• Must be able to use multiple computer systems in Windows.
• If remote, high speed internet required (100mbps+).

Nice To Haves

• ADP or Procede Sales Experience
• DTNA Parts Sales Experience

Responsibilities

• Help customers in obtaining all the parts necessary to keep their trucks on the road with Elite Service.
• Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and friendly manner.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Ability to pull and fill orders from stock.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Follow processes to ensure payment of orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
