About The Position

The Integral dx Parts Sales Specialist's primary responsibilities are to field customer calls, emails, assisting in parts selection process and cradle to grave order fulfilment of aftermarket parts for concrete mixer trucks. Providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. Liaison for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations. Regular communication with supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation. Timely communication to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED, Associate's degree preferred
  • Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Professional email and phone etiquette with order taking skills
  • General knowledge of business to business buying/selling
  • Experience with product packaging and shipping with freight carriers
  • Ability to read or learn to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and bill of materials
  • Ability to communicate technical status with engineering and management
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between company locations on occasion
  • Able to sit at a desk for 8 hours/day
  • OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Taking phone calls to support parts sales
  • Creating sales orders and processing shipments
  • Setting up new customer profiles
  • Requisitions transportation quotes from carriers
  • Contacts carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for loading and unloading products
  • Coordinates shipping
  • Ability to understand and willingness to follow existing QC processes
  • MRP and documentation processing
  • Processing product returns
  • Data analysis
  • Parts promotion marketing efforts
