Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Identify and fulfill customers’ parts needs, ensuring prompt, accurate pricing and delivery time estimates for both internal and external customers. Inventory Management: Take an active role in managing parts inventory—sourcing, ordering, pricing, invoicing, receiving, and shipping parts efficiently. Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by analyzing parts revenue and costs. Develop strategies to recover delivery expenses, expand the customer base, and grow existing client sales.
