Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Identify and fulfill customers’ parts needs, ensuring prompt, accurate pricing and delivery time estimates for both internal and external customers. Inventory Management: Take an active role in managing parts inventory—sourcing, ordering, pricing, invoicing, receiving, and shipping parts efficiently. Revenue Growth: Drive profitability by analyzing parts revenue and costs. Develop strategies to recover delivery expenses, expand the customer base, and grow existing client sales.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years in parts sales is required.
  • Strong understanding of systems and components including hydraulics, mechanical, pneumatic, power train, electronics, air and fuel systems, and electric.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and effective verbal and written communication are a must.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver’s license, passing of a drug screen, and background check.
