About The Position

Tom’s Truck Center is a full-service commercial truck dealership serving Southern California for decades, specializing in new and used trucks, parts, and service. The company supports businesses that keep goods moving every day. This position is for a Parts Sales Representative to support wholesale parts operations. The role is primarily phone-based, focusing on delivering excellent customer service while assisting customers in quickly and accurately identifying and purchasing the parts they need.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs
• Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs
• Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization
• Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales
• Stay current on products and participate in training programs
