Requirements
- 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc )
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
- Ability to effectively lead and manage people
- Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Financial and Performance Management: U nderstand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goal s, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success
- Customer and Team Excellence: Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance
- Department Leadership: Oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations of the Parts Department, while fostering relationships with customers and manufacturers
