About The Position

WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with ten locations all over Texas. Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities As Parts Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, helping to identify part numbers, providing quotes, and supplying the necessary parts needed in a timely manner. Customer service is critical in this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills
• Customer-service oriented attitude
• Related previous experience

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and help them with their specific needs.
• Fills parts requests for the service techs and customers.
• Participants in rolling inventory checks.
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations;
• Solicits customer feedback to improve service;
• Responds to requests for service and assistance;
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions.
• Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures
