The Aftermarket Sales Manager is a pivotal role tasked with effectively leading the location’s retail Aftermarket business to drive retail efforts in Parts while supporting Service to maximize profitability. This is accomplished through discovering and meeting customer needs and effectively leading and coaching the Parts team. This role works closely with the store Service Manager to promote the entire aftermarket portfolio.
