Summary: Responsible for Supervision of the Parts Sales Department, Domestic Parts Depots, and Conversion kits to create value added products by developing new conversion kits and modifications, manages pricing to meet target margins, work with PC on inventory and parts stocking, and meet existing and future customer needs by managing resources to achieve high levels of customer service while meeting financial objectives and revenue growth plan of the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Daily tasks associated with department work – this is a working supervisor position. Supervisory responsibility for Vancouver Parts Sales Representatives and domestic depots. Promotion and sales of parts. Pricing of all manufactured and purchased parts sold to maintain target margins. Analyze parts sales trends for reports and strategic planning both domestically and internationally. Development and training of Parts Reps on processes and product line. Work with engineering teams to develop machine up grade and modification kits for the entire CP product line Work with the Marketing, Sales and Engineering departments to create conversion kit. Resource material including drawings, technical justification and explanations, features and benefits analysis, promotional documents, brochures, advertisement development, direct mail campaigns, and integration with Columbia Web-site. Department budgets and sales forecast Working knowledge of Columbia’s financials and accounting practices including costing Coordinate logistics of global partners for parts sourcing and supplying (transfer pricing sales) Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
