PALFINGER USA, LLC is seeking a motivated andtail-oriented Parts Sales Assistant to join our team in Tiffin, OH. This role is critical to ensuring efficient parts operations, excellent customer service and seamless collaboration acrosspartments. This position reports to the Parts Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
  • 3 years of parts experience in the automotive or related industry preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention totail. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with a customer focused mindset. Maintain a positive attit making customer service a priority.
  • Willingness tovelop product knowledge across Palfinger's equipment lines including, but not limited to, knuckle boom cranes, wallboard cranes, EPSILON timber cranes, truck mounted forklifts, heavy machinery accessories and add-ons.
  • Must be able to team lift 100-150 lbs. Must be able sit, stand, squat, crouch and reach for exted periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of parts experience in the automotive or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull, package and ship ors via UPS, FedEx and LTL carriers in compliance with company policies.
  • Receive incoming stock ors and maintain a clean, organized parts room.
  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, via email and text to ntify and fulfill parts needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes using Palfinger's ERP system, price lists, vendor websites and external contacts.
  • Create customer ors, purchase ors, approve invoices and process payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and submit requisitions for low-stock components. Partner with production and service teams to ntify and supply required parts.
  • Read and interpret parts, wiring and technical manuals to support customer inquiries and internal operations.
