Clay Cooley CJDR Collision Repair is seeking a knowledgeable, independent, yet team-oriented Automotive Parts Representative to join our team to provide sales generation production for our rapidly expanding parts division for the Body Shop. The Parts Representative's role is to provide affiliates, customers, and employees with automotive product sales support while managing and selling inventory for the dealership.

Requirements

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Stand, walk, or sit for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Basic mathematics and communication skills are essential.
• Prior parts counter experience is required.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge and pricing for customers and employees.
• Aid with processing and closing open invoices. Compare parts requests against invoices to verify the need for the quality and quantity of the merchandise.
• Meet sales objective and guarantee production in the Parts Department.
• Assist with receipts and dispatches of parts and accessories.
• Ensure order accuracy to maintain the steady flow of incoming and outgoing materials in the supply chain to track inventory.
