About The Position

Gathers correct parts and seals and/or cleans and assembles machined parts. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cleaning and assembling parts, labeling items, using computer programs, tracking parts, and taking part orders.

Requirements

Ability to follow multiple instructions.
Ability to follow a predetermined schedule and/or report.
Become familiar with general plant layout.
Verify inventory and paperwork accuracy.
Able to identify and organize tasks in a manner which results in consistent department efficiency.

Responsibilities

Cleans and assembles parts using hand tools and hydraulic presses.
Enters job numbers and quantities into the appropriate computer program.
Maintains accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
Delivers parts and materials to appropriate areas by manually pushing carts/bins.
Ascends/descends moveable staircase (platform height of 12 feet) to collect or store packages or parts.
Labels items as per Rosenboom and/or customer specifications.
Answers telephone and takes part orders accurately from internal customers.
May enter information off of inventory sheets and/or track parts.
May check parts into the tracking system and the parts room as they are produced or enter the plant.
May operate powered industrial lift truck equipment including forklifts, side loaders, parts pickers, etc.
Is a productive member of his/her workgroup and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area, to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees.
Habits of good attendance and punctuality are an essential responsibility of all Rosenboom positions.
