About The Position

Requirements

• 6 to 9 months in a fast paced service environment in a manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience in mechanical parts, inventory control, purchasing and receiving.
• Use of basic math and the ability to use relevant mathematical formulas.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion.
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with production, maintenance and management personnel.
• Must have strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel with the ability to download and process data.
• Must have knowledge of inventory processes.
• Must have experience with Word and Excel and inventory management system.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• MUST HAVE A RECORD OF ACCEPTABLE ATTENDANCE, CONDUCT & SAFETY.

Responsibilities

• Issue parts, put parts away on a daily basis and performing cycle counts.
• Complete all required documentation relevant to parts issued to specific machinery and areas.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
