About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Room Attendant for our maintenance shop. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities by managing inventory, receiving and storing parts, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements

Basic computer skills are required.

Nice To Haves

General knowledge and experience with parts and tools are preferred.
Inventory experience is also desirable.
Proficiency with Excel and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Distribute tools, parts, and equipment to workers, maintaining accurate records of items issued and returned.
Control and organize parts room inventory, ensuring all items are properly stocked and identified.
Identify and order necessary parts and equipment to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Maintain all required records pertaining to maintenance parts, including tracking usage and managing documentation.
Assist in locating lost or misplaced tools and parts.
Provide support to maintenance personnel by ensuring they have the necessary tools and parts to perform their tasks efficiently.
