About The Position

Position is responsible for receipt, adjustments, and stocking of parts and supplies related to the maintenance of all complex equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possession of valid driver’s license.
Previous forklift experience.
Clerical experience and knowledge of internal inventory.
Familiarity with computer use and systems.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Satisfactory communication skills, both oral and written.
Satisfactory customer service skills.
Self-motivated, high-energy level, excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities.
Ships items from the facility.
Receives items into the facility.
Organizes and stocks all incoming items.
Disperses parts and materials to other workers in the company.
Enters transactions into the company database for each item received or dispersed.
Maintains inventory records.
May drive company truck to pick up incoming stock.
May drive company truck to deliver items to other company or community locations.
Responds to customers’ needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency.
