About The Position

Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills is seeking a Parts Puller. This role is primarily responsible for pulling parts for orders, ensuring timely delivery to technicians and wholesale customers, and maintaining accurate records of new part numbers. The position also involves organizing and cleaning parts bins, assisting with claim processing paperwork, and contributing to the completion of yearly inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detailed clerical, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience
• Valid Colorado driver's license
• Ability to qualify as insurable according to company standards
• Ability to perform accurate and detailed work
• Knowledge of shipping rules and regulations
• Knowledge of efficient ways of shipping

Nice To Haves

• Prior shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift Certification
• Automotive parts knowledge

Responsibilities

• Pull parts
• Deliver parts to techs and wholesale customers
• Verify that all parts go out the same day as requested
• Record and maintains all new part numbers
• Ensure stock in appropriate bins
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of bins
• Assist with claim processing paper work
• Assist in completion of yearly inventory
