About The Position

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing, the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America, is seeking self-motivated a Parts Office Associate for employment. We are seeking an experienced Parts Office Associate with a strong HVAC background to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling needs.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience (required)
Strong understanding of HVAC parts, equipment, and terminology
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with basic computer applications and order management systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist technicians and customers with identifying, sourcing, and ordering HVAC parts
Maintain and update inventory records accurately
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, and vendor communication
Provide general office support including documentation, data entry, and phone support
Ensure a high level of customer service and professional communication
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient parts room operations
