Requirements

Prior parts experience within construction equipment, fleet maintenance, automotive, or related industries
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Commitment to safe, professional, and customer-focused service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Work closely with Account Managers and Service Technicians to identify and source required parts
Research, price, and order parts for construction equipment, truck, and trailer fleets
Provide accurate pricing and availability information to Account Managers
Process parts orders through MESO’s fulfillment system
Follow up with vendors on backorders, lead times, and delivery status
Coordinate returns for incorrect or unneeded parts
Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the ordering process
Support a high level of customer service by ensuring parts are ordered correctly and on time
Manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
