About The Position

Westfield Electroplating Company is seeking a 2nd Shift Entry Level Parts Masker to support the day-to-day operation within our Masking Department. Job requirements: processing customer orders, handling and cleaning parts according to paperwork and inspecting for quality. It also requires the use of paints, tapes and silicone pugs to cover off specific areas. This positions candidate must follow direction per the customer orders and specifications within blueprint drawing and Traveler. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, work independently without constant supervision, and good oral and written communication skills. Applicants must be flexible and adjust their internal work schedule to meet department demands. This candidate must have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment with management, production staff and other maskers.

Responsibilities

processing customer orders

Identify appropriate racking methods
Keeping work area clean, organized and clutter free
Remove completed product from racks using good handling practices
Remove masking from parts as directed
Assist other departments when needed
Maintain traceability of hardware during processing and shipment thru tags, labels, work order completion.
