Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
• Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills
• Strong desire to work independently and within a team setting
• Provide continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction, sales, drive company branding and improve overall business quality
• Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts
• Prioritize effectively to maximize production time
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Promote outstanding Customer Service with a professional demeanor
• Greet customers at the dealership and handle in-bound service calls
• Assist customers with their service needs in a customer service and sales-focused atmosphere
• Forecast goals for the Parts Department
• Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the dealership
• Manage inventory levels
• Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
• Work closely with Service Manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed
• Utilize software systems to manage customer database
• Strong experience with all different types of vehicles and mechanical aptitude
