Requirements

2+ years of Ford parts experience preferred.
High school diploma/equivalent.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive, friendly attitude.
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Must be a team player.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

CDK computer system experience a plus.
Snap-on parts catalog experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Assisting service department technicians with parts requests.
Assisting retail customers with parts requests.
Assisting wholesale customers with parts requests.
Assisting dealership sales department with parts and accessory requests.
Ability to help with shipping/receiving, warranty returns and parts claim returns.
