About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in inventory control, process implementation, warehousing, and time management. Candidate must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced Dealership environment. Strong computer skills are also a must.

Relevant experience in Automotive Parts Inventory management, Parts Sales, or another related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts.
• Coordinate warehousing activities to optimize space and accessibility.
• Lead and train parts department staff to meet performance and service goals.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests to support service and sales departments.
• Implement and maintain organizational systems to improve department efficiency.
• Monitor and control department expenses and budgets.
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of department management and documentation.
