About The Position

Germain Hyundai is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving
Associate to join our Parts Department team. This role is essential to ensuring
the efficient flow of automotive parts in and out of the dealership. The ideal
candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify accuracy against invoices and packing slips
• Inspect shipments for damages and report discrepancies promptly
• Accurately stock parts in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery or shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist parts advisors and technicians in locating and distributing parts
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) as needed
• Keep accurate records using inventory management systems
