About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department. The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the parts department operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. This role ensures the efficient and profitable operation of the parts department.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive Parts Manager experience required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and dealership operations
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department
  • Oversee inventory control, pricing, and ordering
  • Lead, train, and develop parts department staff
  • Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage returns and warranties
  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
