What You’ll Do As our Toyota Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the full scope of parts department operations—inventory, people, processes, and performance. You’ll serve as a key leader within the dealership and a trusted partner to service, technicians, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and manage all parts department operations, inventory, and workflow Maintain accurate inventory levels, bin locations, and obsolescence controls Oversee parts sales from quote to invoice, ensuring accuracy and profitability Partner closely with service and technicians to ensure timely and correct parts fulfillment Conduct cycle counts and manage annual physical inventories Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for inventory, receiving, and returns Analyze parts metrics (fill rate, turns, aging, margins) and drive improvement Train, coach, and mentor parts staff to build a high-performing team Ensure a clean, organized, efficient, and dealership-compliant parts department What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands Toyota parts operations and thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager (or strong Toyota parts background)
  • CDK experience is required
  • Strong understanding of OEM parts pricing, inventory control, and supply chains
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
