About The Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our automotive parts department at Max Motors Dealerships. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in parts management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive parts management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Every other Saturday with a day of during the week.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in automotive parts management.
• Experience with aftermarket parts.
• Familiarity with dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality of automotive parts.
• You will be a working alongside our service advisors and technicians ensuring proper parts are ordered.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.
• While parts is your main objective, you must be willing to learn all aspect of the Service and Parts departments to help when needed. We are looking for people that are proactive and wanting to do what ever it takes to increase our business and customer service.
