Requirements
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, inventory software, and supply chain practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive parts or business management is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and stock replenishment.
- Lead, train, and motivate parts staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet department goals.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to support vehicle repair and maintenance needs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Monitor parts department financials, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
