Requirements

Previous Mazda parts department experience required
Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems
CDK experience required
Solid computer and digital skills
Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a successful team
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate the Parts Department team
Maintain inventory levels and special orders to consistently achieve a 90% fill rate
Ensure all factory pricing, policies, and training requirements are met
Oversee accurate parts invoicing and manage parts returns
Maintain and reconcile parts inventory within CDK
Manage and optimize the Parts Bin system
Keep the department clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency
