Requirements

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn various software programs
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance management, negotiation, problem-solving, and motivation
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a Silver Service attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Reach to answer phones and operate office equipment
  • Read and interpret paperwork, files, and computer-based records
  • Communicate effectively by phone and in person
  • Walk and move throughout the facility as required
  • Hear and respond to verbal communications
  • Bend, stoop, and stand as necessary to perform job duties

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Agricultural background or industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse parts movement, including aged, obsolete, and market inventory
  • Oversee staffing, employee retention, customer counter sales, service/internal sales, new product training, and after-hours coverage
  • Develop and execute marketing procedures, customer outreach, and Silver Service commitments
  • Manage freight recovery, expense control, warranty recovery, performance management, and overall profitability
  • Assist the Branch Manager with various operational and administrative tasks
  • Perform data entry and general office duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
