Requirements

  • Show up consistently and take ownership of your responsibilities
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow detailed instructions and processes without cutting corners
  • Think ahead, solve problems, and take initiative without being asked
  • Stay flexible and adjust quickly when priorities or schedules change
  • Are comfortable learning and using new software and systems
  • Are physically capable of lifting 80–100 lbs and handling materials safely
  • Can spend extended time driving — up to six hours in a day when needed
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials
  • Organize, label, and stage inventory for fast, accurate dispatch
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Expedite parts for technicians and job sites as needed
  • Process vendor returns and maintain inventory documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient parts area
  • Follow all safety and VOSHA guidelines
