Requirements

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs using proper equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
  • Positive, reliable, and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Parts, warehouse, logistics, or HVAC-related experience is a plus, but consistency and attitude matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming parts and materials to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Organize, label, and stage parts for technicians and job sites
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid delays
  • Pick up parts from vendors, and expedite parts to technicians to keep jobs on schedule
  • Process vendor returns and maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards
  • Support technicians and internal teams with tools, materials, and job site assistance as needed
  • Identify issues, solve problems, and continuously improve parts and inventory processes
