About The Position

As well as operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork for the dealership.

Requirements

Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent experience
Hold a valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

Fork lift license preferred

Responsibilities

Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities; may also deliver to customers
Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely manner
Assists the Parts Manager or Location Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventory
Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments
Monitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Manager
Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
May supply service technicians with parts as required
Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy
May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager.
