About The Position
Kool Toyota is seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role that spans across our Parts and Service Departments. This position is perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the automotive industry with clear opportunities for advancement. The Parts Driver & Service Support Porter will primarily serve as a full-time Parts Driver, with additional responsibilities assisting the Service Department as a porter and cross-training at the Parts Counter. As new skills are learned, additional pay increases will follow, making this an excellent entry-level role for someone eager to grow.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in the automotive industry and desire for long-term career growth

Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to wholesale customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner
- Pick up parts from vendors as needed
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle customer signatures/documentation
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing parts in the department
- Represent Kool Toyota with excellent customer service while interacting with external partners
- Move vehicles around the lot safely, including parking, pulling up vehicles, and staging for technicians
- Assist with vehicle flow to ensure smooth service operations
- Keep service drive area clean and organized
- Support service staff during busy times or when coverage is needed
- Learn and assist with pulling, stocking, and organizing parts
- Support counter staff with customer and technician parts requests
- Gain familiarity with parts catalog systems and inventory processes
- Develop foundational skills for potential advancement to Parts Counter roles
