About The Position

Kool Chevrolet is seeking reliable and motivated Service Valets to join our Service team. This role is essential to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for our customers by assisting with vehicle flow, parking, and overall service lane support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to get in and out of vehicles frequently
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

Nice To Haves

• Prior dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Park, retrieve, and move customer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist with vehicle flow in the service drive and parking areas
• Perform light porter duties, including maintaining a clean and organized service lane
• Deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
• Operate vehicles responsibly and report any concerns or damage immediately
