About The Position

The New York PDC Warehouse Supervisor oversees second-shift warehouse
operations, managing both hourly-represented and salaried personnel, parts
inventory, and customer satisfaction for nearly 335 Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT, and
Stellantis US dealerships receiving daily deliveries. The second shift team
includes 35 hourly-represented employees. This fast-paced role requires a strong
leader who can foster team collaboration and drive achievement of PDC metrics
using the Stellantis Parts Distribution System (SPDS) methodology. The ideal
candidate will have in-depth knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and packaging
operations, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with
both internal and external customers. This individual will address customer
needs and concerns according to company processes, interact daily with dealers
and business centers, and adapt efficiently to unexpected events or changing
requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience and/or bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field
