McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Parts Manager to join our team. The parts department is the most successful department within our company. The parts department is pivotal in making sure our technicians get the accurate parts ordered and delivered on time so we can get our customers vehicles fixed and on the road as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Assist all customers in selecting required parts.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Notify technicians when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
Float from store to store as needed per your updated calendar.
Able to perform the basic tasks in each stores parts departments to maximize productivity.
Track and Manage driver delivery app and drivers.
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers weekly
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professional
Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Other duties as assigned.
