Our ideal candidates are reliable, independent, and energetic team players who genuinely enjoy working with people!

Requirements

• Willingness to travel between stores in our Beckley and Princeton markets
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
• Comfortable working within established systems and processes
• Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, polished appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Parts and Service experience preferred but not required
• Experience with CDK and familiarity with web based platforms preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Travel between dealerships to support the Parts and Service
• Assist customers in the dealership and on the phone
• Accurately price parts and accessories
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Prepare clear, detailed estimates for recommended services
• Monitor the service and parts ordering processes and keep customers informed with timely updates
• Review completed services or purchases with customers
• Ensure repair orders or parts invoices are accurate and complete
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures
• Analyze processes to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement across departments
• Support the Service and Parts Managers with additional tasks as needed
