About The Position

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing consistent, on-time deliveries, personalized service, and proactive communication. Regularly visiting customer sites to understand their specific needs, offer product recommendations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust in our service. Strong contributor in aftermarket sales growth. Deliver parts to customers promptly and accurately. Upsell additional parts and accessories to customers directly from the delivery van. Process invoices and manage transactions through our ERP system. Maintain inventory levels in the delivery van. Provide product information and assistance to customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized delivery van. Follow all safety and company policies and procedures. This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience in sales or delivery roles, preferably in the parts or automotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and invoicing processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment as needed
  • Proactive with a customer-focused attitude
  • Will need to be able to obtain a forklift certificate
  • Travel locally 60% of the time to deliver parts within Phoenix Metro area
  • Position includes stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, climbing into trailer, ladder usage, lifting 70 pounds or more
  • Safety boots are required to work in this position
  • This position requires a drug screen, background check, and might need to meet requirements to drive a commercial motor vehicle
