JOB SUMMARY: The duties of this position include daily inspection of the truck, delivering and picking up parts from external customers, conveying all communications to the appropriate authorities, and maintaining day-to-day contact with customers for business purposes. Warehouse functions will include inventory cycle counts, stock order processing, packaging, unpacking, binning, labeling, processing customer orders, participating in returns of excess stock, and general housekeeping.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must have at least 3 months of experience in customer and delivery services
  • Strong Communicator: possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self- starter & Problem-solver : with strong multi-tasking , detail-oriented, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing outstanding service to all customers both internally and externally, and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Regular repetitive use of hands , wrists, and fingers will be required
  • Must be able to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including the use of a computer keyboard
  • Frequently required to sit or stand for prolonged periods
  • Occasionally, will stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
  • May ascend and descend stairs frequently and climb into machines
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of weight
