About The Position

Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire – Join Our Dealership Team! Are you passionate about cars, love helping people, and have a knack for keeping things organized? Our dealership is searching for a Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire to be the heart of our parts department!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred
• Experience in automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn
• Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and service technicians in a professional and friendly manner
• Identify and locate the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
• Maintain stock levels and participate in inventory control
• Assist with receiving and organizing incoming parts shipments
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned by management
